The soup diet

Soup Diet

This Diet of 7 days (followed by a stabilization phase of 7 days) is based on the absorption of soups, combined with 2 or 3 other foods on different days. Everything to eat at will.

The soup is made from seasonal vegetables (onion, cabbage, tomato, celery, carrot), boiled at a rolling boil for ten minutes, then simmered until tender. Vegetables are not moulines or mixed to increase their satiating effect.
